"The hotel is very convenient, easy walk from T2 & 3 at Heathrow and I enjoyed the stay there during a recent trip. We spent a total of 5 nights both before and after a journey to Australia. The room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was good, perhaps not as varied as some other properties but good. My only concern was being charged a 25.00 GBP fee for checking in early after our arrival from Australia. Although a room was ready at 9:00 AM we would have been charged 50.00GBP to check in then, waiting until 10:00AM reduced it to a fee of 25.00GBP which we did after flying 24 hours. I don't have an issue with a late checkout fee but if a room is ready on arrival, I feel those fees are too high. Also, I am a Hilton Honours member and stayed a total of 5 nights at the property. We also paid an early checkin fee on our first arrival from Canada and a late checkout fee on the day we departed for Australia. While the staff were pleasant, I feel it was crazy to make us wait in the lobby for an hour when the room was ready. Just as another note, we checked out very early on our departure date but no consideration was given for that early checkout."
