"If it is your first time in Guangzhou I would highly recommend this hotel to you. They helped us recovered my bag when I left it on a DIDI ride while on the way to the hotel. While we could not check in early, they provided us with hot drinks while we wait for our room. Each time we were in distress, the staff impressed us with excellent service and advise. The staff we met here are all well trained and I am specifically impressed with them. The room is clean, spacious, well equipped. Water pressure, optimal. Super for a tired day of shopping. The breakfast was sumptuous. Different types of eggs (even tea egg), automated coffee machine, fresh fruits, many types of cheeses, yogurts, fresh juice choices and also on demand, takeaway coffee on demand, all the stuff that we enjoy. They are equipped with robots that deliver your ice/ water to your room. This hotel is a 11/10 experience in our opinion. Will be back if we visit Guangzhou again."

"Location was actually good with Beijin Road and Nantou museum in sight of room. MTR was slightly too far 15 mins walk. Swimming pool looked good but sadly didn’t use."

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of the new city district. Convenient walk to the Canton tower and various tourist spots. Well maintained hotel. The only downside was the heavy smoking smell in the hotel bar. Not sure why smoking indoor is allowed"

"One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The property is conveniently situated and well maintained. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. There is a convenient store steps away from hotel lobby. Cons would be the pool availability which is very limited due to the overwhelming amount of kids swim lessons, (for non hotel guests), there are. Another disappointment was I booked the two bedroom suite because of the washer/dryer it came with but the dryer is not operating as it should and clothes don’t come out dry."
