"I love this hotel. Great staff, fantastic location in LA CONNER, Down on the waterfront. I didn't want to get out of bed.Definitely, the most comfortable bed I've ever been in."

"This hotel would have been fine, it was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful, but the noise level in room 27 was terrible. Water running from adjacent room, refrigerator noise (had to unplug), upstairs floor creaking, really unacceptable. Sheets were cotton, always a plus ."

"Poorly maintained building. The TV in the room had a really poor connection and wasn't level. The refrigerator in the room didn't work. The bathroom fan was noisy and didn't appear to work either."

"This is an old hotel but clean and didn’t smell musty. Outdated furniture and very small bathroom. We only needed a clean bed and room for a short night stay. Wi-fi not working and we did not use the TV. I would stay there again for a short nights stay. "

"My stay was great. Clean room, comfortable beds, nice pool and hot tub. Tracy, who was at the front counter during check-in was super friendly and accommodating. I asked for an extra bed because my girls are super tall, and she understood that right away. "

"So I am being asked to revise my visit to this facility. As far as facility the place is nice the continental breakfast was nice variety of choices. Will I spend my money to stay there again? Absolutely definitely No!"

"Room was fine but didn't realize there is no maid service until we came in on our second day and room was untouched. Breakfast is good, nice variety. Was some kind of youth Frisbee tournament in town and the whole place was full of kids who were super loud and mostly unattended. Kids were running and yelling up and down hallways late at night and hotel staff did not address it. Unfortunate as our last stay there had been great."

"Breakfast was typical but not bad. Staff were very nice and doing their best to make a not quality property OK. Room and building were dissappointing and just sad. Broken fixtures, bathroom was puny, first room stunk, found another but no kid pullout, then finally another but door didn't seal well so could really hear the freeway. White noise was needed to be able to sleep...and then there was a bug in the bed, but think it was just a spider, or so we hope??? Pool was small and had a view...
