"The staff were very accommodating. When we checked in, the front desk upgraded our room just because! She said she wanted to do that for us 😀. Our key card wasn’t working and in less than ten minutes, the employee on duty at the front desk came to assess the situation and had maintenance at our room in less than ten minutes to fix the issue. Very quiet, very clean, and comfortable beds! We will definitely book with Best Western in the future!"

"You get what you pay for. The walls are super thin and we could hear everything neighbors were doing next to us. It is right off road so super noisy at night as well. The room wasn’t the cleanest. Bathroom super outdated."

The lady at the desk was very short and abrupt.When she couldn't find my oh, the room reservation told me very short to just cancel that that it was through expedia.She couldn't help me. "The hotel was in poor shape and hadn’t been updated. It looked nothing like the photos. The pool was closed, and the elevator was out of order. There appeared to be only 1 person working and they were NOT friendly or welcoming. They seemed bothered and as if they didn’t have time for me when I rang the bell to check in. Later that evening I came down to the lobby to ask a question and found nobody at the front desk. Instead, they had a handwritten note taped to the counter saying they had to...

"Floors were dirty. Hallway was the same. Did not look as if it had been vacuum in awhile. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"I liked that it came with a 4+ rating. That it is not. The oder in the foyer had the sent of marihuana. One side of the front desk area was for the continental breakfast was totally without lighting so you could not see what would be offered in the morning. . Again there was an oder that was not even covered up by the smell of paint. My group had reserved 4 rooms for a 3 night stay. All four parties canceled their reservations. "The attendant at the front desk told my daughter that it was a $4 charge per towel when she asked for clean towels. There were little ants all over the breakfast bar. The elevator floor stayed covered in smashed candy and dirt. You could see the black footprints of dirt and grime on the tiled floors. Other than that, it was fine."
