"I really enjoyed the hotel and all the amenities.
The only issue was the room, specifically the air filter. I’m not sure the last time it was changed or when it was cleaned.
Unfortunately, we had to leave the balcony door and other room window. When using the A/C we would become congested, and after further inspection it was due to the cleanliness of the filter (cobwebs, dust, and other sediment along the filter).
Otherwise, the staff are great, the breakfast is a great energy boost in the morning, the spa is a great midday or night time relief, and the pool is refreshing.
I also let the hotel staff know about this as well and they apologized for the room issue."
