"The pool was closed both days I stayed in June! It was the only reason I booked the hotel and they offered me NOTHING in reaction to my disappointment. It false advertising. They could have told me when I checked in but nope! I stayed 20 min farther from my business event and paid $40 extra per night for the beautiful outdoor pool that they falsely advertised. Then after I check in, I walk passed yellow caution tape around the entire pool because it needed to be cleaned! I emailed the manager and didn’t even get a response."
