"The location was great for what we needed. The room was comfortable and pretty well appointed. It would have been better with the addition of hand cream to the other amenities. The lift was good when you figured out how and when to use the room key to get to your destination. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, delicious and plentiful. No one hurries you. The coffee is traditionally Finnish and top notch. We had stayed there previously and will not hesitate to stay there again."

"Overall it was a great central place to stay for us while we explored the city. The restaurant & breakfast buffet was great. The only complaint I have is that it was too easy to get water on the floor while showering, which is potentially dangerous. One has to be very careful not to slip while stepping out of the tub."
