"Very clean hotel and rooms. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast and the friendly staff were lovely and welcoming each morning. It was wonderful food snd we are so glad we included breakfast with our stay…relaxing and convenient. We stayed a week, location grand and we loved the hotel decor. The family room was lovely and quiet to read or visit."

"Low quality hotel with unfriendly and unhelpful front staff. However, the house keeping lady was great. Room was appalling and in need of renovation, especially the dated flooring (complete opposite of images on Expedia). Toilet and shower were grimy, extremely narrow, and lacked any hot water in the morning. Reception area was inadequate and didn't provide any seating area. In all, this hotel is very old and in need of a makeover. "
