"Nous ne voulons pas parler de la residence pralin mais plutot de l appartement 405 a la residence le pralin que vous osez louer avec des matelas pitoyables pleins de taches surtout pour des enfants etc...vous dites aux gens qu il y a des couettes alors que c faux ! pas de couettes pendant une semaine on aurait prefere la verité qd on vs a appelé , pas de télévision non plus malgré nos appels aussitot ou vs nous faites croire que vous allez faire quelque chose alors que c faux !!rien est fait c...

"A l’arrivé, pas de code d’entrée ni la clé. On a du appelé plusieurs fois pour obtenir cela. 1/2h plus tard, rentée dans l’appart, surprise, le lieu n’était pas nettoyé. Il y a tu des traces de chips, poussière gris au sol, sous le lit. J’ai immédiatement contacté, encore 1 fois, qu’il m’a dit que le lieu était nettoyé… Il ma dit qu’il nous envoie la femme de ménage lendemain mais jamais venue, on a jamais plus entendu! Er is niet voor lakens en handdoeken gezorgd, geen welkomst pakket, geen card voor skilockers en spa. 5 keer met Mont Blanc booking gebeld en ze beloven het, maar er kwam niks! De receptie zegt dat dit app. in privé beheer is en zij geen handdoeken en lakens mogen geven …dus geslapen zonder lakens en met handdoeken wat geïmproviseerd "

"No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!"

I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. "
