"Clean room and easy check-in / out."

"Our stay at Bob W. Tallinn, Estonia exceeded our expectations. The electronic access system for both the building and room was incredibly efficient and surprisingly easy to use, we were initially skeptical, but it worked flawlessly throughout our stay. "Die Frühstückspauschale macht keinen Sinn. 12€ je Frühstück und du bekommst in drei Cafés in der Umgebung genau 12€ Guthaben. Kann man genauso gut vor Ort bezahlen und ist deutlich flexibler. Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist super, die Koordination mit dem vor-ort-team dagegen dann eher suboptimal. Am meisten zu bemängeln ist die Hygiene des Apartments. Leider ganz viele (kleine Punkte), wo die angebliche 100% cleanliness policy des Unternehmens ad absurdum geführt wird. Schade,...
