"Great Hotel as it’s located in the middle of the city of Buckeye. Room was clean and smelled good!!! All appliances were working!"

"The breakfast was just waffles, had cold coffee and the orange juice looked brown and was hot and the apple juice was as bad and both were in pitchers. Only had one wash towel, one hand towel and two towels. Mother-in-law almost slipped in the handicap bath, they need to add non-slip pads in the handicap bathrooms. Only had a great experience with one staff member that came from England everyone else were not friendly."

"Room furniture selection awkward to use. Refrigerator had no freezer section. Housekeeping schedule made sense. All staff friendly & helpful. No tv access to local news. No alcohol available in "Snack" store. Well-equipped gym."

"Every aspect was wonderful about our stay at Sonesta ES Suites in Goodyear,Arizona. This was a quick staycation for my husband for Father’s Day, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was helpful and kind, the suite was clean, inviting and spacious. We will definitely be booking again very soon."

"There was no Wi-Fi no TV you had to download your own apps. The vending machines were out of service. The door lock barely worked. I’ll let you in the service was mediocre. Never answered the phone when you call them."

"Never again! We rented this property because it had a kitchen and full refrigerator. But no utensils no plates no pots no pans no silverware. And we booked 7 days without knowing they DO NOT CLEAN ROOMS or refresh towels or linens UNLESS arranged the day before with staff. We will never stay at MyPlace again."

"Room was clean and cool. Good for a one night stay. Parking was easy and close to food and shopping."

"I didn't have much interaction with the staff. I didn't need too. The only issue was the pool was down a d that was the primary reason to stay there. They offered a pool at their other location but I couldn't physically walk that far. I would have expected a discount for the inconvenience but they did not. Everything else was fine."

"Even though it was an older motel it was clean and the air conditioner worked great in the room we were in. The bed was comfy too They let us check in a half hour earlier and we were so thankful after doing a red eye the night before"

"For being a newer property we were disappointed with 2 days of them running out of towels. We had to go buy towels at Target because they rarely had wash cloths. They are supposed to clean your room on the 3rd day, that never happened. They said they were sold out and too busy. The laundry room was dirty, doesn’t seem like anyone has been in there to clean in a long time. Breakfast is the same at every home 2 suites. Nothing to be too excited about. Same cereal everyday and some sort of cold...
