"Very convenient location. Well kept rooms."

"Need to wash their blankets and curtains. Was very dusty smelling and the blankets were stained and dirty. Unusual as I have stated here before and this was not the case."

"The property suited my needs. Safe location, easy check in, comfortable room with a good bathroom. Renovations made the car park difficult to move around but noise was minimal."

"Staff were so helpful on my recent stay. I thought I'd booked 5 nights, however it turned out that I only booked 4 nights. Staff were so accommodating and understanding when trying to find me an alternative room at short notice as they were fully booked. Everything worked out in the end and I'm truly grateful for their patience and understanding."

"Great location big rooms. They forgot an extra towel in our room as we had 2 adults and 1 child. Didn’t like that the parking wasn’t free but all good because plenty of parking out the front of the hotel."

"Location was good, staff very helpful and close to local restaurants. Only negative for me as a non smoker is, there is no smoking in the rooms but many would sit outside and smoke which I found could be smelt while in my room."

"Tired hotel that they are half heartedly renovating. Housekeeping were very disinterested in servicing our room. The furniture and fittings are worn. Breakfast was inedible - we made a complaint about the charcoal toast and they didn’t care. Only saved by its very convenient location."

"Opposite a beachside park this motel is extremely comfortable, spacious and very relaxing after a long day of driving. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in in the last 10 days road tripping in NSW and Qld. I had the best night's sleep since leaving home."

"I would never stay here again. The room stunk of smoke, there were marks on the carpet & walls. Dead bugs on the window sill. Tv remote didn't work. The bed was the worst I've slept in for a long time. Two singles pushed together which is standard in a lot of places these days but if u lay on one side there was a 5-10cm height difference on the two sides. It was not pleasant. Other than the windows above the bed there's no natural light AND there's a building site behind you that start wk at...
