"Stayed at Valley River Inn for University of Oregon graduation weekend.
The hotel itself was excellent. Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and a great location. The property was well-maintained, and our stay was very enjoyable.
The only downside was the pricing. Graduation weekend rates were roughly three times higher than normal, which made the stay quite expensive. If you're planning to attend a University of Oregon graduation or another major event in Eugene, I strongly recommend booking as far in advance as possible—ideally close to a year ahead, to secure better rates and availability.
Overall, a great hotel and I would stay here again, but plan ahead if you're visiting during a major event weekend."
