fridge, microwave, coffeepot, face wipes, tv - all in good working order. parking right outside door. room heater noisy just like the two other places we stayed but at least it cycled off very quickly. only on for 15 seconds at a time.

There was some kind of big convention in town these people didn't try to gouge me on the price and they found a space for me. I think the lady that checked me in pushja was super kind and made me feel welcome

The room was dirty. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. The bathtub and shower walls were not clean. The private parking for the jacuzzi rooms was very small and scary. Was almost impossible to get turned around. The tv in the room is small and didnt work. The bed was hard. Will not stay again.

Great, easy access location on the hwy. The jacuzzi tub rooms have their own parking and level behind the building next to the pool. The view was extremely relaxing and quiet. The room had a wine/champagne bucket and 2 glasses that was a nice touch for the jacuzzi tub. Loved the ceiling fan and the strong air conditioner kept the 90 degree heat outside. Friendly staff and everything was nice and clean. You wont be disappointed.

The room was nice enough, the staff was very welcoming. We went in "off season," so it wasn't crowded. I had two issues. One: the window unit was not regulated well, and the room would get too hot, and when we turned it down one notch, it was freezing cold (we were there when nighttime temps were in the teens). Needless to say, a good night sleep was impossible having to get up to change the temp consistently. Two: our room was located on a lower back floor of the hotel, which required us to go down a steep set of stairs because there is no parking in back for the rooms on the back side of the hotel. My husband is a disabled veteran that has had 7 knee surgeries, due to service-related injuries, which made carrying bags up and down a steep set of stairs really very difficult and painful for him. Not ideal. I probably would have booked a different hotel had I known this information. It needs to be stated somewhere on the website that some rooms must be accessed via stairs, because of lack of parking and no elevator. If the parking cannot be fixed, which I doubt it can be, then please note stairs must be used for some rooms, so that people with disabilities can book elsewhere. Again, the man was truly welcoming checking in. Everything, besides the heater and lack of parking for the rooms in the back of the hotel, went good. We would probably stay there again, but we would make sure to have a ground floor, front room, or we would go elsewhere.

Was a comfortable stay for the night, close to eureka downtown and overlooking the woods. Clean rooms and very soft bed.

The heat never fully heated up room and was so loud going on and off all the time.. the fridge made noises and froze all our food and drinks.. had to do to store and spend more money to refill what was lost.. No amenities at all.. the view ok but cleaning ladies kept walking back n forth for 2 hours so got no peace and quiet.. but check in guy very nice and helpful with showing rooms etc

The room was filthy and the sheets and towels stained didn't even use the jacuzzi because it was filled with hair and dirt. Who wants to sit in that? Yuck this place is nasty.
