"I think that post-Covid I've encountered a lot of hotels that have like 1 employee on the premises overnight. We arrived around 10pm and 3 different staff members jumped into action to get us checked in quickly and bring a roll-away cot up to our room. A great experience!"

"Room was absolutely disgusting, cig ashes on the sheets and carpet next to bed . Obviously wasn’t cleaned too well . Ceiling had a hole in it, ac unit blowing moldy air everywhere, stains all over the curtains, beds and lamp shades. We had no choice but to stay the night since we got in so late but quickly booked another place for the remainder of our trip up. Wouldn’t work with Expedia when they called and emailed about a refund. Left on hold, hung up on and ignored emails. If you can , avoid...
