This is a clean facility. Employees were friendly. Very convenient to go to downtown business. Will be back to this location.

Property was good however we were told that check in was at 3 pm. We had to wait until almost 5 pm for our room to be ready. The front desk told us it wasn't their fault and we would basically just have to deal with it

We have stayed here several times, the hotel and public areas are clean and nice, however our room was not very clean. Shelves in bathroom were dusty, shower inside and out were dirty.

Selected because it is attached to the venue. Bad to have only one person at the desk at 3pm when check-in begins; had a long wait and desk clerk was rushed due to long line. Were we supposed to get a cookie? Did not receive one. Expected a little more from a Hilton property.

If you are going to the Victory Theatre this is the place to stay. Only drawback is dining options, I would narrow that down before arriving.

Great place to stay for concerts in Evansville! Very short walk to Ford center, did not have to worry about parking or walking in the cold weather. Great hotel. Very clean and modern. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel & friendly staff, however we did not have a fitted sheet on our bed. When we realized the staff was not available to provide us with a fitted sheet.

Nice hotel near arena.
Very convenient to Old National Events Center (connects via sky way). Room was cavernous, really, compared to most hotels. Plenty of parking. Staff was helpful when the elevators went out (seems the high school wrestlers were jumping up in down in them…).

I liked that it was attached to the venue that I was visiting. We didn't have to be outside in the elements. The parking garage was also a plus. Will definitely stay there again.

We were in room 537. It has the elevator shaft against are wall. We heard loud clanking and beating noise all night. Could not sleep. The refrigerator was dirty with old spilled food

it was ok. our room 251 needed some better cleaning around the bottom of the shower (red slime/mold) and around the sink ledge i don't care for those sinks because of that. All of the carpet needs replacing. cookies were great! honestly, I felt it was a little expensive. loved being able to cross right over to the ford center. don't like having to pay for parking.

The one issue with my stay is the fact that I had to pay $17.50 to park in the parking garage. Last time I stayed at this hotel, parking was compensated. It was never offered during check in or check out. As a guest, I don’t feel like I should have to pay for parking. I will be staying at a hotel that doesn’t charge for parking next time. I come to Evansville often and love this hotel, but this was a little disappointing. I realize I’m talking about $18, but when I’m spending over $100 to stay in a hotel ( especially on Thanksgiving), parking should be covered in my opinion.
