"There was no one there when we arrived. We waited in the lobby for 10 to 15 minutes and someone finally came in. Went to the room and it wasn't even cleaned. The pillows were on the floor, the pillow cases were laying on the bed. She gave us a new room. I just don't know how a room here with a king bed gets a 9.2 excellent rating on expedia. We have been traveling a little lately and 2 out of 4 supposed excellent hotels were not very good. "

"Breakfast was ok, staff ok, my room was good but grand daughters room had many ants, she reported to staff and lady said they could move her but there was no one there to check her room till morning. I stay in many hotels and never heard of such response. Would not recommend "

"This was a short overnight stay,on our way to meet family. Our room was ready and clean. Very roomy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bistro bar was a nice plus’s d the staff were very nice, both for evening drinks and breakfast "

"The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Loved that each room has its own garage to pull into. Between the amazing bed and jacuzzi tub, this was one of the most relaxing rooms we have stayed in. There is also a large walk in shower in the room. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We will definitely make the drive to come in the future. The only possible improvements I suggest would be flavored creamers for coffee in the morning and maybe fresh fruit in the basket you get for...

"The breakfast was pretty standard. My biggest complaint was the confusion with the checkout process. They added a charge for incidentals which was confusing as well as difficult to get straight on my charge card."

"Never saw anyone use the gym and it was right out my door The pool was unusable and needs a lot of work before it will be The place is old, in need of demo and rebuild That being said, the staff is the absolute best. The place is clean and comfortable and the price is the best if you just want a clean, safe place, in an excellent location."

"Great location, you can walk to restaurants and shops. The elevator was broken, not a huge deal since there are 2 - I didn’t mind the stairs. The only thing I can really say negative was that we didn’t get any cable channels…. I had to log into Netflix with our personal account. The room was clean. The couch was kinda grimy with stains- we didn’t use it. Staff was nice."

"I chose to pay cash and usually when I do that I just have to give them a card to put on file for just in case. Here they never gave me that option it was another $250 if I was going to pay in cash. Didn’t quite understand why I couldn’t just give my card to put on file but it’s whatever."

"Old. Damp smell, sheets didn't smell clean at all. Chipped paint and doors, sloppy paint, old drafty windows. Needs a total gut job. Bunch of ppl I was afraid to encounter there with old bearer cars. Think of an old grungy hotel you see in the movies where hookers live. Or the guy on the run hides out....."
