"The room was clean and the proprietors were very friendly, kind and helpful but the property is a bit run down. Bathroom recently renovated, though, and the beds were fine. Towels were skimpy. A fine, relatively inexpensive place to sleep for one night."

"I stayed at the La Quinta while I was in the area to play a tennis tournament. The room was clean and the shower had excellent water pressure. I was fortunate to have a room with a balcony and was able to take in the sunset over the lake with an approaching storm. It was a lovely stay."
"The rooms were clean and fresh. Comfortable bed and staff were awesome. Everyone from the lady overseeing the breakfast to the front desk and cleaning service. We will definitely stay here if we are in marble falls again."
"Why stay with 125 of your new “best friends” at a hotel. Stay here and have a quiet cabin with a nice view from the porch. Would definitely stay here again."

"We paid extra to get breakfast and the girl was late arriving. we had no water, no juice of any kind. Went to the front desk and she told us we would have to buy our water. Also, when we came back in later in the day, we found that every room key had been changed. We had to stand in line to get new keys."
"Our stay was a deluxe cabin. Check in was easy and is all online. There isn’t an office or staff on site. The grounds are peaceful and each unit has its own little spot. The cabin was in great condition, was very clean, and had everything we needed, including some kitchen amenities that made the room more enjoyable. Each cabin also had outside chairs and sitting area. A site map and codes were provided, making it easy to access the cabin. The deluxe had a sofa bed that made it sleep 3 very easily. Definitely will be back!"
"My first stay at Camp Lucy. 1 night to celebrate my niece‘s birthday with her children. I booked two rooms that were very pricey and thought wow they must really be nice! At check-when I was told that our rooms were not together. They said it was because I made the reservation on Expedia ..they had no control over room placement,…I knew from experience that was not true. They did not attempt to put us together. Our rooms were duplexes all grouped together in a line. I found my room was nice, but not luxury..no bathtub and it was not private. The deck and living area look right into my unit a few yards away. When I inquired at the front desk, she said it was offered as semi-private…how is private semi?like semi-naked? But the most concerning thing was the noise! There was no sound barrier on the shared floor of the duplex building. I could hear every footstep, bump& voices. The hotel had texted me a welcome arrival text, so I responded that the noise level from the adjoining unit was very loud. They responded with apologies etc and said that they would alert the staff to help resolve the issue. After a while nothing happened no response. I could not rest as noise continued so I texted again same response …much later I texted again …similar response…I had a terrible sleepless night..then I realized that I had been texting A.I. ! No human had the decency to contact me. Unprofessional management and the so called “luxury” room that cost a fortune was a regrettable experience."
