"The hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel is clean with nice and very helpful staff. We could not stay for breakfast. The hotel delivered our breakfast togo to our room before we left at 6:30 AM."

"Excellent staff, We were late to check in and had an early flight. We could use the shuttle to come to or leave from the hotel for Malpensa airport for free. However you can pre-arrange 25 Euro arrangement if you book before you come. Hotel was clean and in a good area. We did not stay for breakfast"

"The hotel was great. The grounds were amazing and it looked like a fairytale castle. Unfortunately, there was a heat wave at the time we stayed and the air conditioner in the room could not keep up however, not much that can be done about that. The hotel was clean and met all our expectations, it is an older building but still well kept. "I was pleasantly surprised as I didn't expect this from a Holiday Inn to be honest. The hotel was descent, excellent and very friendly/ helpfull staff. Ate dinner and free breakfast, our American counterparts have a lot to learn from this branch in my opinion!!! Overall, great experience for a hotel I reserved to spend a night to catch fan early light the next day. Shuttle to the airport for 5 euros was great !!"

"Very helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Aircondition in the room could be a bit more efficient. It would be nice if breakfast included a larger variety of vegtables (not only cucumbers and tomatos). I ordered dinner at the lobby. When it was ready I realized I made a mistake. The staff immediately offered me to order a replacement and didn't charge me anthing for the wrong dish."

"Room was great and the hotel in general was very nice and quiet. Breakfast was amazing, they had little bit of everything. We loved it. Only two things I think would make it even better are the bathroom door gives you no privacy at all specially if you’re traveling with kids and second the AC wasn’t strong enough to keep the room cool. "The location was what I was looking for - not crowded and close to some nature. It is beautifully nestled in the greens, away from traffic and has great parking. The room and bedding were clean. The beds were not as comfortable as I expected, but not a deal breaker. The staff is absolutely fantastic! Sarah especially was so helpful, responsive and patient. FYI - the keycard controls the lights etc. in the room so make sure they tell you this at check-in. Card not in; then nothing works. I...

"Quel jolie surprise que cet hôtel de 1913 perdue sur les hauteurs dans un joli parc boisée et ombragé. On replonge dans le début du XXe siècle. Tout est resté intact. De grands espaces. De long couloirs. Des décors magnifiques. Tout ça, avec le modernisme d’aujourd’hui ! chambres minimalistes mais très spacieuses. Bonne literie . vue imprenable sur Varèse ou le lac . Très grande salle de bain à l’italienne.! avec une robinetterie qui date un peu. Mais c’est là tout le charme. Bon petit déjeuner...
