The staff is really nice and pleasant but the room was dirty. It was hair in the bathtub and the sheets on the bed was DIRTY. I would NEVER and I mean NEVER stay at a HYATT HOTEL AGAIN IN MY LIFE. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED AND REMODELED ASAP. Don’t allow the pictures to fool you. This place is old and ran down.

This hotel was clean, but our room was run down. The mattress and pillow were so uncomfortable. The room felt damp. The location was very convenient and there was plenty of parking. The staff was really nice.

It was a horrible experience for me and my family, it's on the highway so you have to play Russian roulette coming and going, my debit card info was stolen the first night I was there and I had to order another card, the toiletbowl couldn't flush sometimes, some of the electric sockets didn't work, the pool was shut down for GOD knows what and we where there for two weeks, the breakfast was horrible... All in all it was one of the worst experiences of my life staying in hotels and I advise everyone to avoid this place like the plague.

The pool was closed. Cleanliness was great, but the carpets were dated. The sofabed in the room had large holes in the cushions. Just a tad upgrade and this is a great property. As it is, this is a really good place to stay in NJ/NYC area around a lot of great amenities. Great soundproofing here.

Room has a lot of space. Parking is perfect. Since you need a car anyways and everything is close it doesn’t really matter what is near the hotel though there is a nice steak restaurant next door
