"1: The rooms do not have a mattress for a bed. They use a futon pad on a platform. These are not only very firm but extremely uncomfortable. I had 3 of the worst nights of sleep in my life, and this was a major contributing factor. "Well-organized furnished studio apartment in a newish apartment complex, a bit nicer than the rest of the neighborhood. One negative is that it's on the ground floor facing a moderately busy street (some noise) with pedestrians right outside, and no curtains, only horizontal blinds so it feels a bit exposed. Less than half a mile up the street is a nice brewpub, but grocery shops are further."
