"I have reserved a room with queen size bed and received a double
I was given a room on the first floor of the hotel, try to object because I knew it will be very noisy, but the reception worker refused to give me an upper floor,in spite of the fact that I checked in early in the day, 3.15pm and there were still plenty of rooms.
Noise from outdoor concert at Lincoln Center continued till midnight"

"This hotel is in a great location and the rooms were spacious for a New York room. The pool is quite small and you have to get a wristband from the lobby each day before being able to go up."

"The location was perfect. Close to the 6, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood.
We stayed in the two bedroom suite and was plenty of space for everyone.
We had everything we needed in the kitchen.
It was quiet and beds were comfortable.
The staff were so friendly and nice. We will definitely stay again when back in NYC."

"Went to breakfast and told we had 30 minutes only, because they “were too busy”, so we left.
Had to reserve space at pool for $50.00 - we were paying guests and stayed for a week! … Elevator operation to get to room is stupid.
There are other hotels that are just as clean but more relaxing that are in better neighborhood with much better dining options."
