Beautiful room, lovely hotel, lovely area

We stayed here for 3 nights, unfortunately our second night was disturbed a mechanical issue in the bar above our room. That said the room was large and comfortable, the balcony was large and had comfortable seating and a lovely view. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. We didn't try the spa as we wanted to walk and swim in the sea. We used the train to travel, but there is plenty on street parking around. The staff were all wonderful and the issue with the room was fixed the...

Spotless room. Friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast full of variety. Excellent dinner in the restaurant. Amazing view from the restaurant! We will be back.

Wonderful place! Everything well thought through

This felt like a brand new hotel (except for the floor corridors that showed some signs of accommodation / concierge porters being a bit less careful with their trolleys. Hard product was fantastic, staff was good. The only thing is the location - Halmstad is small and the walk to the town centre is just 5-7 mins- but it’s right behind the train station in an area with some light construction.

Hotell Gastis was so quirky with so many books and artefacts. Our room was very small but perfectly adequate. We hired bikes and visited a small nature reserve. We also went in the Leninbadet which was an amazing experience, even with the steam room not working. It was like going back in time and we loved it. There were major building works going on outside the hotel but we couldn’t hear anything even though our room overlooked them. The roof terrace was lovely and we sat there with a post...

Overall top notch. Very friendly staff, the amenities were great, and the gym, although small, was perfectly equipped. I did not expect this quality.

Very nice hotel, nice clean room. Wonderful view, good breakfast. Nice Spa, great beach 🏝️ and bridge to swim from. Only negative note is that the surrounding buildings are not that nice. But the hotel is wonderful and so is the staff. I Can recommend. Business conference.

Very good hotel, I think it will be even better during summer, not so much to see during dark vinter. very great breakfast

Lovely hotel! Staff were great, food was really good and the rooms were oh so comfortable. The bathroom could’ve done with a bit of love, but the rest was perfect

We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights and would highly recommend this to others!

basic, clean, nice hotel

The hotel was lovely, and once the spa renovations are finished it will be an incredible place to stay. Just now many spa functions did not work. The location is incredible. Service staff were all kind and helpful. Things that i think need improving - tea/coffee making facilities in room - and black out blinds or drapes - the room was far too bright (May) which made it hard to sleep. I liked the concept of the tapas style breakfast but it needs indicated on the menu.
