"They were out of milk for breakfast on Friday. The staff was very helpful. I actually did use the iron and ironing board. The iron was very hot. I had to be a party pooper and report some college kids her were actually grilling next to the building stairs (fire code violation). They left a huge mess next to the building. The staff was nice and the inside was clean and well maintained."

"Very nice updated property. Spacious room, neat glass shower but wish they would provide hand held shower for women to fully clean themselves. Bed was comfortable & room temp perfect. Quiet surroundings, superb breakfast with many choices. All in all a very nice stay."

"My partner and I had a lovely stay. Carmen and the rest of the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. Special thanks to the gentleman at the front desk who found me a pencil for the pattern drafting class I was about to attend at the Great Wisconsin Quilt Show on Thursday morning. I dinged one point off the cleanliness rating for some very long hairs that were in the bathroom on our arrival, and off the maintenance score because both the entrance door and the bathroom door had spots where they did not freely clear the floor. Admittedly, that's minor stuff, but I couldn't fairly give a 5 in those two spots. Breakfast buffet choices were ample and tasty. The breakfast room staff worked hard to make sure depleted items were refilled and the area kept clean. Having a kitchenette, desk and sitting area, and the ability to curtain off the bed suited our needs--what a thoughtful design! We would stay again when circumstances draw us back to Madison!"
