"To whom it may concern, my room was not comfortable the air conditioning did not work. I went through the Club Quarters Hotel app to inform someone. I received a response from someone they would come and check it out. When I returned to my room, I saw that someone had been in there but it still was not cool. I reached out again they said they would find me another room. The day I checked out May 19th 2026, the receptionist tells me that they tried to call me to give me another room, I said well I was on business so I was not in the room. The receptionist said but we did try to reach you, I said well you had my phone number and you had the app and the way y'all reached out to me? Receptionist response was oh yeah I guess we did. Not very professional. For the price I paid, I did not receive the customer service that I felt was acceptable.
