"I was extremely disappointed at check-in. The only request I had made was a ground floor room which was provided. However, I had expected breakfast and was told it was a self-catering accommodation. "Cleans rooms and good breakfast "

"Very clean rooms, peaceful setting, and easy access to shops "

"A comfortable stay that was perfect for one night. The room was compact but had everything we needed, with a very comfortable bed, a great shower and a nice selection of toiletries. The shampoo bar was an interesting touch! Breakfast was included and had a good, tasty selection. The staff were friendly and helpful, including the security guard, who kindly offered to carry our bags to the car when we left. Overall, a very pleasant overnight stay."

"Very nice and close to restaurants."

"Amazing location , beautifully appointed rooms and wonderful staff. This place has genuine wow factor ! "

"We had a lovely stay for one night during our garden route trip. The view from our balcony was insane and the room was spacious for us three. Staff were very helpful, particularly the staff member who helped us with our bags up the stairs due to no lift and the staff member who let us use the pool table when the bar was closed."

"Very friendly and attentative staff, room has what you need, and spacious. Location is great! Some positive critique to work on (room 24): - We were in a street facing room, so there was noice from the street. - Cold water tap needs to be attended to … seems like no water and then all of a sudden a gush of it. - mattrasses can be opgraded/replaced, is very thin. (Bedding is very nice) "

" Having to find my room late at night with approximately no directions."
