"Deserving of a 6 Star rating.
I have listed several experiences on this short 4 day stay. We chose the Mandran because it is close to the Lincoln Theater.
My wife had a small issue with another guest. The staff was engaged and responsive. Without us having to ask, Sebastian reached out to me to follow up and went above and beyond for us to make sure we were taken care of. I truly appreciate that he took a small concern and acted on it with style.
While waiting for my wife I went to the bar...
