Room was poor. No phone, no clock, floor dirty, cigarette burns on bathtub. Outlet for refrigerator and microwave didn't work. Had to plug in a different outlet. Reported to desk but no maintenance showed up. So much ice in parking lot by our door. Breakfast ended at 9 on Sunday. Could have been longer.

The staff were helpful and the room was clean. The only negative thing was the temperature in the room was so hot and we couldn’t reduce the temperature. So we just opened our door so let in the cool air from hallway. The breakfast area was nice, lots to choose from. The Alibi Bar attached was very nice and staff very nice. All in all, a nice place.

Took an hour to get booked and and moved 3 times. One of the times the ceiling was dripping water and the floor was soaked. Had a balcony room and had to listen to whistling from the wind all night. Very happy with the service just not the hotel. Never stay there again. Worst hotel experience ever

The room was clean and the night clerk was fantastic. We had trouble entering our room and she came and told us to lift the handle instead of pushing down. She told us we could let her know if we needed anything else and we did. The TV wouldn't turn on. She came back and programed it because it was new and not set up yet. Didn't get her name but she was great!

Receptionist was great to get me a door with easy access to a vehicle. The heater did not work. We had it cranked to 80 and it stayed at 58. The bar had definitely a difference, male attraction not somewhere that conventional people would want to be around.

The staff was very responsive and helpful but the hotel building was not good. The first room we were assigned smelled extremely musty and moldy. The light above the bathroom sink and the tv did not work. When we tried to call the front desk to ask for a different room, the phone cord kept falling out of the phone. The front desk was able to find us a different room. We were very grateful that it didn't smell like mold, but in this room, in order to flush the toilet, we had to lift off the tank lid and wiggle the float so the tank would fill. Since the tank lid did not match the toilet, I'm assuming that this has been an ongoing problem and someone along the line broke the original tank cover while doing it. The breakfast area was nice, but the coffee had run out. I understand that they are remodeling and it was a busy weekend, but no one should be put into that first moldy room. #123 and they need to fix the toilet in the other one. Also, the second room had no sofa or lounging chair. Just one chair at the desk and one bed.

Upon che king in it smelled like sewer. I mentioned it to the person checking me in she said she couldnt smell. Got to the room and I couldnt getbin went and got her and there was a catch to opening the room door. Got in thw room amd when we were putting things i. The fridge it was moldy amd had some black rottwn fruit or vegetable in it. When I went back to report it she was on the phone so I explained I would be right in the bar she cojld find me. She never came to find me. Later that night I was mentioning it again to new staff and she came out and said I was harrassing her staff and threatened to kick me out stating that she had upgraded my room. I again asked the new staff if they could smell the sewer smell and everyones noses were unable to smellnit but others were able to... it was the mens restroom just down the hall from the front desk. It did smell better this morning. I just left and went to bed being I did not want her to kick me out of the hotel. The bar was fun... they had kareoke, slots and blackjack!

Our first room featured two needles in the above head vent in the bathroom. The front desk upgraded our stay to a "better room". We chose not to complain and tollerate the other random quirks the room had to offer. Such as, a mysterious, possibly barbecue sauce spray pattern on the popcorn ceiling that resembled well, I'm sure you could guess. A massive rip in the bed skirt and a strange towel hanging from the bathroom light fixture. It was weird and I wanted to just leave, but my husband addressed the weird towel by pulling it out of the light fixture. He's my hero. We honestly didn't have the energy to talk to the nice front desk lady and stress her out anymore than she already was about the first room.. So, we dealt with it by pretending we were crashing in a trap house. I'm not trying to get a free stay. I'm trying to sleep where I paid to sleep and not spend anymore time there than necessary. Needles to say, oops.. I meant needless to say... the lady up front was apologetic and kind and the upgraded room was cheap. Though, we will never staying there again.
Torn, accidents happen I guess, atleast tuck it in.
I don't want to know, but its on the ceiling.

In the middle of renovations so not really fair to them, but keeping fresh towels in rooms daily, and making sure coffee is hot for customers is a must. Room was clean and quiet, pool was freshly painted and we weren’t told so getting out with blue paint on feet was a surprise!

The heat could not be controlled. Nowhere was it stated that the hotel is also under renovations so it looked messy. The front desk gave us keys to different rooms that had not been cleaned. We ended up leaving that hotel

Good: the bed was comfy, the floor was not carpeted, it had a table. Bad: my toddler found a random pill on the floor and almost ate it. There was also a dried up muffin wrapper by the bed so it probably hasn't been swept in a while. The toilet didn't flush, the sink was clogged and took forever to drain, the wifi didn't work in our room. There's also a bar inside the hotel which is cool but there's no locks on doors coming from it so literally anyone has access to the rooms which i found sketchy. At least it was a cheap room.
