Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. "This stay was enjoyable! It did feel like it was mostly meant for older ones though. The breakfast was very good but there was only one person doing breakfast, that’s is, making coffees, clearing tables, taking inventory of food- so that made breakfast a little awkward the second day of our stay. The grounds were lovely though. We didn’t use the outdoor pool or the hot tub but they were both available. Our room had two bathrooms which was unusual, one meant for older ones and a nice beautiful bathroom. There is a laundry service (no self service) but they charge per article of clothing. The view from the room was nice!"

"This a very nice hotel with beautiful scenery, excellent food and a very nice staff. I definitely would stay again. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there was an occasional foul septic odor which would go away but was noticeable daily. Great restaurant with the best panna cotta desert I've ever eaten."

"I had a medical emergency on my first night in the mddle of the night and staff was very helpful and called me an ambulance and even upon my return from th hospital everybody asked me for my well being.The pool is great ( except mosquitos :) breakfast is very good and the room and the king size bed was very comfortable.I thank all the staff for their kind assistance and attention"

"The property is very nice. The room very clean. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Breakfast included was very good. Free available parking on the property was very good. The only negative was unclear direction upon arrival to find reception. Reception is located upstairs in an almost hidden location with limited or no signage directing you there."
