"Clean room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well equipped."

"The facility was nice. The pool was cloudy, but we still went in it. We were in it for about 5 mins and I stepped on something in the bottom of the pool it looked like some one had pooped in it. We got out immediately. When I went to the desk no one was there and I called down 2x no one answered. When I dropped my key off at check out no one was there either."

"Check in was easy, lobby area is nice with the fireplace, breakfast area was organized and clean, rooms are large (a little TLC is needed though) but overall I’d recommend for a short stay."

"Hotel was very clean, including the stair rails which is important for those who prefer stairs over the elevator. The breakfast offerings and food quality was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The eggs were made fresh, English muffins were fresh and they had a larger variety of fruits and nuts for the oatmeal. The coffee was also excellent. Outstanding!"

"Bed seemed good, the place is old and just needs the flooring done. Just a push button lock on my door to the outside, and a loose plexiglass window that was loose. It was quiet the shower was really good, I’m not really complaining, it’s just the facts of the place, I paid $107 for two nights…I was trying to make a trip as inexpensive as I could. The place worked for that. "

"I’m so upset because the room was dirty when I got there there was trash all in the cans the shower had used soap the refrigerator had food in it that wasn’t ours. I’m just very upset when I told them they just looked at me weird and said that’s what I paid for they couldn’t do anything. I’m so mad."

"Since the sky high sign outside said continental breakfast, we thought maybe we had misread the online information when the receptionist said it was just coffee… Since we are 75 and 77, climbing the stairs with suitcases was unexpected but doable. A note about the absence of an elevator would have been appreciated. I also expected conditioner in the shower as all previous Choice Hotels have included conditioner. It was significantly improved from our previous visit."

"I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how bad this place is. Outside looks fair I guess. I should have known when I first pulled in and there’s a bank teller windows inside the door with a locked door to the lobby. That should have been my first red flag. Took forever for someone to come to the windows to let me in. The lobby looked fine. Got my paperwork and key and went to my room. I was in 122 on the back side of the building on the first floor. Opened my door and walked in. First...

"The inn was awesome. Took one back in time. The staff were well informed of the history of the inn. Breakfast was great. Real eggs were perfect. The room was nice. However the spiders and stink bugs could have been addressed and taken care if better. The only other thing was the bed was extremely uncomfortable. If ihad ti pick on one other thing the building could use a little tlc. "

"The only bad part is that there is one elevator and we still had to take a flight of stairs to our room because the elevator didn't go there."
