We'd definitely recommend The Squirrel's Nest. A lovely house and owners. Charming old village house, stylishly refurbished with a lovely mix of quality new bathrooms and beds and antique furnishings, set in lush, rural rolling countryside with far reaching views. Discrete service, and very accommodating when we had a day of illness and needed to stay in the room all day. Generous fresh breakfast of pastries and cheeses every day.

Outstanding in all respects. Catherine could not have been more helpful. Staying in such a beautiful old house in a a stunning bastide was a privilege

Gorgeous views, v clean and helpful staff. Nice breakfast

The hotel was beautiful and very authentic, with lots of original features. The pool was a great facility as it was around 30 degrees when we arrived after a long journey. It was beautifully clean and had stunning views. We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the sunny courtyard. A wonderful stay!

We were travelling with a baby and the two reception staff we spoke to during our stay were outstanding and couldn’t do more to help us. Hotel was great - very clean, check in easy and only a 30 min walk to the old town.

stunning pool and spa areas

A real 'find' Nothing was too much trouble, the attention to detail, breakfast and customer service was first class. All at a very reasonable price. Thank you
