"The property was undergoing major renovations during my stay, so guests had to use a side door most of the time, and there was a lot of dust, dirt and debris on the main floor, especially around the entrances, and dumpsters and construction vehicles in the parking lot. There was also a food service delivery, via tractor trailer, at 5:30am, that unloaded, loudly, at the main entrance for about 30 minutes, just below my third floor room the first morning I was there. "I loved this hotel. Very clean. The gentleman that checked me in was wonderful. Very kind and patient despite a large tour group that had just arrived via tour bus. The layout of the room is convenient and efficient. I love the hooks instead of a closet. Wish other hotels would do this. Breakfast area was clean and good selection of food. Would recommend and and would stay here again."

"The place is falling apart and is terribly maintained. The room was dirty, the shower didn’t work, it smells, I would never recommend it to anybody. I put up with it because I had no other choice since I was traveling with my daughter and we arrived late at night. Left the next morning as fast as I could."

"We received a wonderful newly renovated room! The pictures don't do it justice. Comfortable king bed new pillows and furnishings. Very clean and upgraded fixtures. The newly renovated bathroom was top notch with soft towels and nice toiletries. Plenty of hot water in the morning. For the price you can't beat this place. Not to mention the owners are so considerate and hospitable!! 10 Stars we will be back"
