"This property has incredible views over mountains and down to the Mediterranean Sea. There was no one on site when we checked in. We received a message telling us how to get the key. The rooms are small and need updating. Paint is peeling off the walls. Late at night the hot tap broke completely and there was no one around but luckily there was a stop valve under the sink. You have to use What’s App to communicate which was ok the next morning. The restaurant is good but separate from the hotel...

"Lovely restored building with an amazing roof deck. Fantastic breakfast. The proprietor Maurice went way above and beyond—our car was struck by another car while parked in a village lot, and he took care of everything for us with the police, the insurance forms, etc. We would love to stay here again."

Amber and Julien were superstar hosts and made our 2 night stay even better with their recommendations for restaurants, and directions to the Balcony of of Europe, Frigiliana, bus, beach… Nice pool area. We enjoyed talking with other guests around the pool and in the shared kitchen area."

The room had tea and coffee making, air conditioning, Good size shower with excellent pressure. Excellent location with cafes below and next to the hotel. A short walk to village centre, restaurants and bars. We will remember their lovely doggies Oliver and Chief!"

"Check in process was non personal through an app. Also was a serious pain. Shower would NOT drain. Took 5 days to get it fixed in order to not stand in water and black mold. Not once was the toilet paper put on a roll dispenser. No soap ever put in the shower container. Apparently training for the housekeepers is minimal? The only staff on premise was the kitchen staff. They tried to help, but wasn't their responsibility. The location is a 10. But, the hotel is a 3 maybe? It needs a huge...
