"This place used to be beautiful but sad to say it's not anymore it smells like mold the room smelled like an ashtray when it was a non smoking room. The TV remote didn't work and the staff said they couldn't do anything about it. Room was not clean trash all over behind the refrigerator. The blind fell and hit my grandson on the head.the pool was filthy . They had parakeet s in a cage by the check in and they had no food or water and filthy cage. People outside all night sitting in chair's drinking and being very noisy until 2am. There was 2 staff members that were very nice only good thing to say about the place."

"The property was clean and beautiful! The kids and I loved our sunset dinner overlooking the Bay on the patio of The Shoreline Bar & Grille. It was delicious with excellent service and prices! The outdoor Infiniti pool was breathtaking! We definitely made the right choice booking this gem!"

"Wished I could have given this a better rating. Staff was very nice and even extended breakfast a little bit for latecomers. A lot of renovation had been done in the lobby and in the bedrooms. The bedroom was excellent, bright, and was better than normal at this price point. However, the bathroom didn't match the bedroom, which took it down a star. A newer shower curtain would go a long way to making the bathroom better. Also, the fridge did not work, which, fortunately for us, was not critical. I also took it down a second star mainly for other travelers because the gym was out of order, which could matter to some. The pool was also close, but it wasn't the season for it. I would still consider staying here again."

"Check in was fine. I reserved three rooms and one had not been cleaned. I was issued a new room further away from my other two rooms. Cheapest hotel I could find and was a fine for the price."

"If I could give a 0 star i would do that. I checked in late night at 10:30 with 10y old daughter and husband and they gave me a room which was preoccupied. Imagine the horror of getting in a room late at night with people sleeping in it. I don't blame them screaming at us but my daughter got very scared all because of the goof up of the staff. When i went back the only response was sorry , that room was showing unoccupied in the system . That's it ! What about the horror my family and the family staying there had to go through ! Nothing at all"
