If I knew how to make a complaint to the Austrian Health Ministry I would. Excuses ranged from claiming not to notice, to blaming it on the season, to asserting the hotel had tried everything even though I never saw one fan, barrier, or other attempt to protect the food. "Booked this property last minute for three nights to do a bit of late-season skiing. The location is ideal - central Flachau for the bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the ski lift. A particular benefit was the wellness area - pool, three different saunas, and a lovely warm and quiet relaxation area to chill after a day on the slopes. "

"Seriously the best location in Hallstatt. One of our windows faced the lake. The other window faced the famous church. What a view! We can see sunrise and market crowd and ferry traffic below us everyday. We can walk to any location conveniently because we are right in the center of town. The room is spacious and quiet. The bed was soft and comfortable. They provided L’Occitane products which were amazing. Quality tea bags with loose tea leaves. Breakfast was quality. Oh we even tried out the sauna which was private and cool! Friendly staff. All in all the best hotel for our honeymoon! "
