"The Paloma Hotel is a very good hotel. The staff is very friendly. Our room was very big and exactly the way we ordered it. Different from other hotels in Ghana all the amenities work like the air-conditioning and the hotel even has an elevator. The Paloma Hotel was the only hotel in Ghana we stayed in with an elevator. "The staff were excellent at the work. One day I got violently ill and a security guard was so empathetic and acted quickly to ensure i could get into the unit. The restaurant staff were awesome and the property manager for my unit was very accommodating . I also appreciated the consistency with the room cleaning and the beautifully kept property.
