"Excellent property, we've been visiting for 15 years and we love it. This time though the staff seemed disconnected and rude. We are always welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine, this time just a bottle of water and then served the wine just when asking. We travel as a big family and booked a studio and a 1 room suite, and as everyone who knows this property also knows this types of rooms when together can be connected as a big apartment. "I have nothing but positive feedback when it comes to the staff, and the attention to their guests. They all work hard to accomodate as best they can The administration however does not truly assure the safety and well being of their guests. My biggest critique is for the lack of care of the largest gathering place = The Pool. There are patches of tiles throughout the entire pool with black mold, which is a health concern, not to mention that in that same area, there is one large area...

"To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk.
