"Most of the hotel staff was amazing. The elevator was down 3/6 days I was there. We lost power for 7 hours. They said due to the energy company but I think it’s because the are renovating some of the rooms. There was no compensation given. Also being an Expedia silver member it said 1 free spa service. I thought I’d be able to choose in that price range however nope just a massage. The hotel refused to give me anything else. I requested a cake be delivered for my wife’s birthday and they forgot....

"Me gustó el servicio de restaurante, solo que le debería hechar más ganas al menú el chef, porque no sabían los chilaquiles, deberían poner más variedad de vinos y más personal en las barras porque tardaba principalmente el bar de la alberca muchísimo"

"Hermosa propiedad frente al mar! Realmente maravilloso el personal desde que llegas hasta el último día ofrecen un servicio excepcional! La suite junior vale 100% el costo extra. Con habitación, sala, cocina, 2 baños, terraza con vista al mar, jacuzzi, y electrodomésticos incluyendo lavadora y secadora. Los restaurantes todos excelentes! En especial reconocemos un gran servicio de Jesús en el área de la alberca! Y a Paola en concierge! Su gran amabilidad y apoyo a los huéspedes resalta! 👍"
