"higher end spec, great rooms fancy restaurant but this hotel is overrated. Restaurant is slow and food OK but not where it needs to be, always massive delays from order to table. Gym has a water machine that is never topped up with new dispenser bottle."

"We arrived at 10:30pm into Charleroi. An uber was €12 but we walked to the hotel shuttle section outside of the airport and waited with other families for the hotel shuttle. Two taxis turned up and told us they were the hotel shuttle. The taxi driver was very rude and huffing that he had to move ..."
