"Wonderful ocean view from our balcony. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Laundry facilities on site that came in handy and was not expected. Located away from the busy downtown and still had a beautiful view and a family of deer that visited daily :). The cleaning staff were very outgoing and helpful. Wonderful place to stay!"

"Location was great for Acadia National Park. Breakfast is lacking, a lot of things are out of order or unavailable. Breakfast staff was seen disregarding proper food safety in regards to changing gloves after exiting the restroom and practicing hand hygiene before dealing with food items. After politely asking the staff to change their gloves, they argued with us and then confronted us once again while we were sitting at our table eating breakfast."

"The Atlantic Coast is an older motel, but very well kept and clean. They leave you two water bottles, two cans of soda and two bags of chips-which is a nice touch. They have an Indian restaurant on the premises that is very popular with the locals. The only downside is that they do not staff the front office. However they are very responsive in terms of delivering ice, etc if you text them. A very good value if you want a place to base yourself in and then drive the half hour to Bar Harbor."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Inn on Mount Desert. The property was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great! There are 2 options daily between 7am-9:30am and they are made fresh to order. The location is excellent - easy to walk into Bar Harbor to all of the shops and restaurants, so you can avoid parking on the busier town streets. Also a short drive to Acadia.
