Hotel Best Western di Flint

"Black Mold and Mildew riddled the shower and bathroom floor and the old carpet in the room. Urine was all over the bottom of the toilet and floor. The worst part was the air quality was poor. The room smell was horrible. I had to go and purchase an air purifier just to be able to sleep there. Run do not walk from this location! Front Desk staff was no help, in fact , when asking for a solution for the problems. Rude and disrespectful!"

"Over all the property is fine. But the different shifts of staff don't seem to converse with each other. Had to switch rooms because of a staff glitch. And the first room had a funky smell and really bent mattresses. Also the windows don't lock! The Wi-Fi was out 2½ days of my 3 days. The breakfast was great..."

"The picture that are advertised are completely false. The picture show an updated hotel room and this hotel has not been updated since probably the 90s the first night our sheets were soaking wet. We originally reserved two days and then all of a sudden it said that we needed to check out because we only reserved one, but we really did reserve too when we used your app. It was weird."
