This is a poorly managed and maintained facility. The check in porcess was very slow and the noise and smoke and smells were not matching the posted no smoking sign with in the facility. dark , dirty , dingy space, it did not match the quaility ,care and cleanliness experienced at other Baymont locations

The room I was given had the curtains literally torn to shreds and there were bugs everywhere crawling on the carpet and flying in the air. The entire place was stained and filthy.

The hallway carpet and walls were very dirty. Inside the room there were lightbulbs missing. The air conditioning unit was broken. There were cockroaches in the room. The gentleman who was working the front desk when we checked in, was very helpful and very polite, and he was very apologetic and understanding when canceling our stay.

The desk clerk barely spoke English. The hall carpet was disgustingly dirty. The room had no cups, no tissues and looked like it had not been updated in a long time. The breakfast was a joke, barely anything there. There must be a lot of transient people living there who are smokers. There were cigarette butts all over outside.

The service was very nice and the sleep was comfortable, I also enjoyed having the ability to operate the AC unit. The bathroom was rough and there were spiders and flies around.

The hotel is shabby and unclean. The hallways made me feel like I was in the Shining. The bathroom sink does not drain. The shower has no curtain. The hair dryer was clearly ripped off the wall. And the hotel did not provide anything beyond hand soap to shower with. Thank god I’m only sleeping here for a few hours. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen.
Hand soap is all you get for your shower.

We booked this hotel as a quick overnight stay on our road trip and only booked it a few hours in advance. Upon checking in (which was quick and no issues) we walked through a dirty and smelly hall way to our room which was not what was advertised on the site. The blanket had burn holes, our latch lock was broke off the door, we had patched holes in the wall, there was a foul odour, the towels werent folded, the mini shampoo on the counter was half used, the bathroom door was barley held together and overall just not clean. Our daughter cried because she was scared and didn't like the hotel, on too of that the people beside us were up all night yelling and laughing keeping my whole family awake. We were out of there pretty early the next morning. Im not normally one to complain but this had me completely shocked!

The room was absolutely filthy. The bed appeared slept in, no blankets, debris on the floor, plaster coming down, dust all over the night stand and dresser - like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I went to the front desk and requested a new room. The second room was equally filthy. I left the key card on the dresser and left the property. Never again.

I see why you have non refundable rooms. We drove up early by a few hours and arrived and immediately felt like oh no not here. The area and people around made us feel unsafe. Checking in went ok, told the others to stay in car until i checked it out. Rugs throuhhout were dirty and gross. Ibsaw staff cleaning rooms and saw nasty stains on mattresses. Our room the pillows were gross. No way I would put my bags let alome my head donw there. I went back to say we arent staying. I was asked why and i said its not clean. He tried to tell me theu rished to get it ready. He never made a phone call telling someone we were there earlt. Beds already made. Pkcutes online must have been when first ooened. No way amd I would warn anyone not to go there. Didnt getba refund and tjat sucks as i jad to fork out more money to feel safe and in clean environmemt for my hild.

The motel room itself was nice but the bath/shower were disgusting looking! It was all stained, surface was peeling off, the sink faucet was loose, doubtful we will stay there again.

Online pictures were misleading. Nothing like it was advertised. 1rst room wasn't comfortable for me at all. Turned on the light and saw smashed roaches on the wall. Went dwn to let staff know and was immediately offered another room which was much better. The breakfast attendant was awesome, extra polite and engaged. If I ever returned, I'd prefer the 2nd floor room. I think their kept up better
