"The front desk attendant was super helpful! Our event got cancelled. She was able to work out an early checkin to help us. A couple of critiques. - Breakfast started so late. We could hardly even eat. The air vents in the ceiling in the lobby were all dripping water. I was so grateful the pool was clean. Also the outdoor seating area was lovely. Thank you!!"

"The rooms are very big. They have a Very comfortable couch. Bed was very nice as well. Not really sure why toilet and shower are in separated areas but was okay. Breakfast was very good."

"Room was very clean, large and nice. Whirlpool tub worked great, very large, plenty of hot water. River view was great on the 14th floor. Spa was nice but pricey. Mens steam room was broken when we visited. Massages, sauna and whirlpool tub were great Dining was very nice. Nosh and 19 Steak & Seafood were both really good. Love music and drinks at lounge bar was cool. Casino was kind of cramped and uncomfortable and reeked of cigarettes."
