It was about a 20 to 30 minute walk to Old City Wall. Much longer to walk back as it is uphill. A taxi back was approximately 30 euros. Our room was small but clean. The Manager was helpful for directions etc.

The property is outside the town center, but they had someone come in and cook dinner for us. Pasta, segundi and dessert - with wine, for €25.

Clean, pleasant, quiet, great location, may return
Very pleasant room, good facilities, modern, felt secure, accommodation welcoming - nice that they messaged to ask when we would arrive in the afternoon. Great location. Having stayed on the Arno previously, I noticed how very quiet it was, and still an easy, quick walk (for those who do walk lots) from the heart, offering an excellent route to the Piazzale Michelangelo and in easy reach of the Boboli Gardens. Would definitely stay again.

I had a huge room in the middle of a beautiful garden. The neighbourhood was a little bit away from the craziness of the city center, which was all I needed after long days of visiting the super loud and packed streets of the touristic areas. I was able to get a good night sleep in their my bed. The people who run the place are so kind and friendly; they help you with the best they can whenever you ask for something, they kind of reminded me of my family. They left me with such sweet memories from my visit.

Nice hotel. Marzio and Rosalba will take great care of you like family! Location has a bus that passes in front of the hotel that takes you right in the centre of old Florence. Buy your bus tickets at the bar located down the street and always validate the tickets on the bus. There is also a couple of parking lots close by if tou have a rental.

We stayed there for three nights but we didn’t get the house keeping service as it mentioned at all not even a single time, the room was in ground floor so it was very noisy. Obviously no amenities and no stores near to it to buy coffee or even a bottle of water. Not recommended

The tidying up service is daily, sheets are changed every 2 days, in the structure we have a vending machine for hot and cold drinks, including water. You chose the economy treatment, without any meals, if you would have chosen a higher rate, you would have had more services. On the 15th August that you stayed with us, it is a national holiday in Italy, therefore all shops are closed

I believe there are some nice rooms at this property however we werent very impressed with our room. The price was nice but expect to take public transit or taxi to get into the city.

Posto strategico per raggiungere il centro di Firenze e la zona dello stadio. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte per un concerto ma sicuramente torneremo. Ambiente curato e ottima pulizia delle stanze. Ottima la colazione!

Partiamo dal presupposto che Lei ha commesso un furto penalmente perseguibile all'interno della nostra struttura, entrando in una area riservata al personale e asportando dei generi alimentari. Il servizio di riordino è giornaliero, nella sua prenotazione non era inclusa la colazione, pertanto non le è stata servita, in 4 giorni di permanenza Lei ha fatto di tutto all'interno della nostra struttura, Le ricordiamo che oltre a rubare, ha anche macchiato di proposito con del caffè piumone e biancheria per farsela cambiare innanzitempo, il giorno del check out, tra l'altro voleva rimanere gratis, anche dopo l'orario concordato per l'uscita, il nostro personale pertanto le ha spostato i bagagli in reception e lei ha aggredito il personale. Riguardo la presunta omofobia, tutt'altro la nostra struttura è Gay- friendly, e tutti sono i benvenuti, a patto di non rubare, non insultare il personale e mantenere un comportamento consono.

Not honest, shower problem
I left my t-shirt on the room bed, after I checked out, I contacted the receptionist for find back my t-shirt, but they said there is nothing even though I know my t-shirt is there, they are not honest. And the showering facility is so bad that I couldn’t finish washing my hair at one time, the water drains out from the shower tap by only opening for 3~5 minutes…… ridiculous

We do not know what you are declaring, the water pressure is excellent throughout the structure, as well as the hot water is sufficient. We didn't find her shirt.

Signora, non ci risulta quello che Lei afferma, non c'era nessuna camera a ore accanto alla sua, tra l'altro le abbiamo dato una camera con terrazza privata, con tutta la tranquillità del giardino fiorito sul retro della struttura, dal momento che Lei si è presentata in reception ha affermato che le avremmo dato la camera peggiore, senza nemmeno aver visto le camere
