The cafeteia lady is friendly but when i took a slice of bread, i saw tiny fly inside the container. I let her know. She apologized."

"This is a very nice hotel. The room was very clean & the bed extremely comfortable. We loved almost everything about the hotel. The first thing we found that we did not like was the person who checked us in, they were so soft-spoken that you could not hear them. Very nice & friendly just kept having to ask can you repeat that I can't hear you. Other than that, checking in was fast and easy. We did come down to having dinner & a few drinks. Well, that is where the hotel has the opportunity to really shine but did not. The bartender was also the cook! We had two drinks, a burger with fries & 6 wings, $115.00, the bun on the burger was burnt & the food was cold. It took over a hour and a half for us to get the food, after our first drink it took 20 minutes to get another one. We came down for breakfast the next morning where they seemed to have a good selection. However, the staff were too busy talking with each other to keep food out. Keep in mind there were not a whole lot of people in the breakfast area at this point. They seemed to really like bacon because they made sure that pan was slap full, but not the eggs or potatoes. If you are looking for grits or oatmeal don't waste your time, they are instant & they don't have oatmeal & the water is warm not hot, no microwave, good luck finding pepper & salt. They have a communal set, but they don't work. It is a very nice hotel but they need to work on having bartenders & cook staff if these areas if they are open."

"I actually did NOT stay here. I ended up leaving that same evening. Something didn’t sit right. The room was filthy (water from sink was light brown, beds had stains on sheets, quilts on top had tears/burn holes, bathroom door does not close for privacy, ground was covered in dirt, found a piece of sharp metal on floor that could have cut your foot open, whole property looked like it was being personally renovated, drove around back for parking and it looked like I made a wrong turn somewhere & wasn’t welcome just by the looks of the people who jumped out of their car and stared me down.) I have tried to call hotel for my money back, emailed 3 times, wrote through hotels.com messages and still nothing. I have a blind dog (they were aware about) and they put me on the second floor (only stairs-no elevator) and I almost fell bringing him down when I left. Too many people coming and going at night too. Pictures online NOT the same as the actual property. False advertisement."

"Room was dirty and needed repairs. The walkway was clean, but areas under the desk and beds had not been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom area was acceptably clean, but needed lots of repairs and paint. The tub creaked when anyone got into it. Stayed at 2 other hotels this weekend and this was the worst, by far.
