"Gérante (ou du moins personne que j'ai eu au téléphone) pas du tout adaptée, explique qu'il fallait réserver directement à l'hôtel à ma demande de facture.
Le ton est désagréable au possible.
N'hésitez pas à vous enlever de la plateforme... Ma question portait juste sur la facture, le reste vous appartient.
Très rare que je porte des commentaires négatifs mais là, c'est surprenant..."

"Excellent séjour, la chambre était parfaite. le petit déjeuner excellent (l'omelette et la brouillade sont tops). Nous n'avons pas testé le gastro et uniquement le bistrot qui est parfait avec des plats de qualité. Le service et l'accueil sontparfaits aussi. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec une envie de revenir."
