Raised with management who were slow to respond and failed to do anything subsequently, despite assurances otherwise. Disappointing as I bought 6 people from my company here as well. There was hard water stains on every chrome surface, toliet paper holder falling out the wall from years of usage, flush was very loud and would wake any family member sleeping. "No front desk, I was helped by a guest that was waiting there, he looked into the PC , asked for my name and grabbed an envelope with the keys, is this you? It was my room keys, no deposit, no card on file and a total stranger accessing everybody’s personal info. Walk several blocks to park in a building. Party hub spot at night, if you have kids beware.
