"The property was a new property clean, air conditioning was great , laundry room was great had enough machines. Staff was nice. The only problem I had encountered was the last two days of my trip there was no hot water!!!!! I did not enjoy taking a cold shower it wasn’t pleasant. Then had the nerve too charge me $7.95 for WiFi as I was checking out. Where’s the great customer service? I was expecting for the hotel to waive the fee of the WiFi for the inconvenience of not having hot water for...

"Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. They rooms were nice, and clean. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion, along with a hairdryer. The ice machine did not work on my floor, but one was working on ground level. My only issue, was there was no fridge, and it would have been helpful. I must have missed that when searching unfortunately. It was close to UCF and was more affordable than other properties situated right next to UCF."

"The Delaney Hotel's in a great location for going to downtown Orlando, as well as the Inter & Co, and Camping World stadiums. It's small and nicely decorated, with an intimate feel. It has 3 floors, and 2 elevators. Lovely outdoor seating area with large umbrellas, (lit up at night-time with twinkling lights!) and easy access to the bar/restaurant from outside! We ate breakfast and dinner in "Delaney's Tavern", on one occasion, and thoroughly enjoyed our food, which was fresh and delicious!...
