"Everything was clean and the staff was nice, so I booked for another 2 nights."

"Things I didn’t like. Ice machine was broke on 3rd floor. Only one elavator was working. Water dispenser in weight room was empty the whole stay. Bathtub did not drain well. Breakfast platters were empty for extended periods of time during breakfast. Could not change the channel in the lobby on the TV."

"Let me start by saying that the staff here are all wonderful! Everyone was welcoming and friendly. However, this property is not befitting the Hilton brand. You can tell it was once a very nice hotel but years of neglect have taken their toll. There is only one functional elevator. The air in our room was barely functional and the area was under a heat advisory so it was at times very uncomfortable. We didn’t use the pool because the water was very cloudy. We did enjoy sitting at the bar for happy hour and the two ladies working were a lot of fun! The worst thing was when a guy approached my husband in the parking lot while I checked in saying he had just gotten out of jail and needed $10 for the night. Needless to say that made us feel unsafe and we won’t likely be returning to this location."

"Lobby area was nice, but under construction during my stay. Rooms were okay, but could use some updating. Rooms had two bath towels so went and asked for more as there were four people in my double room, was told there were none and I would have to wait and ask the next day."
