"Our main issue was the breakfast was unavailable both days we stayed (which was one of the reasons I picked this hotel). We also needed a refresh on supplies the second night but were told to come downstairs to grab them. And we had a couple negative interactions with staff. The room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning didn’t blow very cool. Overall we wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Had to checkout early because the elevators were down and literally we would wait 20-30 mins to get to our room. This alone was too inconvenient to deal with when traveling with a family. Room is not renovated at all, the furniture is very old and the bathroom is old as well"

"Staff at the front desk were kind and friendly and always acknowledged when I walked in/out. The Aloft was minutes away from the tourist attractions. The room was clean. I will stay there again in a return trip to Atlanta."
